My rental was for 3.5 hours (6:30pm to 10pm - per the receipt), but I was charged for 4 hours (6pm to 10pm - per the receipt), so I was overcharged by 30 minutes
I noticed a charge on my bank account 1/14 for $25 made on 1/12. I do not drive at all in any way so being that it was marked as ZIPCAR INC, it is clear I am the victim of identity theft. I'm a poor college student in Chicago and can barely pay my bills. Please bring to light the identity of this thief and please refund my money so I can continue to eat. Thank you for your time.
