This is exactly what happened to me around Christmas & I am still trying to get my refund of $100.00 all I thought I was doing was registering. I know that their has to be a way to put a stop to this fleecing! I am not in any financial situation right now (like many of us) to lose any money. I am very frustrated because I am very cautious when I shop online. I feel like a fool & I don't want them to get away with this! Their are laws in place to protect the consumer & reading the horror stories of the "bait & switch" when bidding, really adds to my aggregation.
I wish Dateline would show up & blow the whistle on these thiefs & put them out business. They should be shamed back under the rock they came from!

Hey, everyone reading this complaints or that have been taking advantage of needs to report Zbiddy.com to the FBI to their internet fraud division, the Better Business Bureau, ripoff report.com, put it on Facebook, you tube, Google circles, tweeter and any other social media that you can think off, this is the only way to take down this web-site, by the way contact your bank, credit card or any financial institution.

Yes - apparently zbiddy makes these unauthorized charges to all it's new unwary customers as a standard procedure - it is unlawfull and it will be stopped, eventualy?
I am making a copy of all these fraudulent charge complains and asking for a refund at my Visa cc bank.

Yes - you can complain in writing, to your credit card bank and/or disassociate yourself from Zbiddy entirely!
Apparently zbiddy does these unauthorized charges to unwary customers.
Charge their highway robbery to experience - it's a dishonest charges merchant!

zbiddy charged my visa cc $99.00 for an order for bids that I did not order. Not at all! I like the auction idea but I don't like zbiddy charging my Visa card without my authorization! I suspect zbiddy's fraudulent $99.00 charge but only time will tell.

On 8/12/13, I clicked on the zbiddy site and registered with my info and credit card info. They had my debit card deducted for $99.00 before I could even print out a copy of their information. I immediately sent them an email requesting a refund because I thought I was just giving them info to register. I received no answer and finally, I sent them an email stating what I would do if I did not receive a refund by 8:00 that night. Naturally, I received no answer. Two days after that, I went to my bank to dispute the transaction. I was given a phone number (which is on the back of the debit card) to call. I made the call, explained the situation and the $99.00 was restored to my account. I was told that they would investigate the transaction and that it could take 90 to 120 days. My original $99.00 was free to use but if their investigation did not pan out, I would be charged the $99.00 back in my account. My threats to zbiddy were that I would go to my bank to make a complaint; also, that I would make a posting on my social media sites--FACEEBOOK, TWITTER, AND LINKED IN. I AM NOT DONE YET WITH POSTING BAD REVIEWS about ZBIDDY. maybe, we should all band together and take like actions. Furthermore, it would be advisable to check out each website thru Google or other Fraud and Scam websites. There are many of these sites available. I am sick and tired of these unscrupulous marketers and their dishonesty.

my name is Kady. I got the same exactly problem like you have gotten with zbiddy back in may 28, 2013. in august 29, my credit card company send me a letter saying that they can't help me unless I provide cancellation # to prove that I cancel membership. I can't provide email with cancellation #. It's been three month since the problem happening.now I have to pay $99.00 credit card company. zbiddy is scam website. please watch out.

I would like a refund I never authorized this transaction I never registered all I did was put info in to check out site and they just took my money now i cant contact them. i never bidded on anything my money is just sitting in there account

I won a $5 gift card to Dunkin Donuts on 4/16/13 and when I went to pay the $0.01 it charged my card $59.00. I had no preview confirmation page before it ran my card. I was upset. I immediately contacted customer service for a refund. I still have not received a response from them. I have sent over 5 emails to customer service and still no response. A few days ago I received a letter and enclosed was the $5 Dunkin Donuts gift card. No sign of the product that was charged on my account for $59.00 and or my refund I requested. I then logged in to my zbiddy.com account and in the history my credit card transaction for $59.00 had been deleted. As if the product had never been purchased. Thankfully I kept the confirmation receipt they had sent to my email after my card was ran. I need a refund immediately back to the credit card that was charged. It has now been over a month this happened and I still have never received a response, refund, or product!

I visited your site and registered, the next thing I know is that I have an email stating; 'thank you for your purchase' I checked my bank and it was within MINUTES that they posted a charge for $99. I immediately went back to the site and looked through the FAQ' it says the only way you pay anything is if you BUY bids, or WIN the bid. Which I did NEITHER. I immediately sent an email to customer service and called my bank. We are disputing it and from what I see online, they have reports of this site being a SCAM!

They say that I authporized a 30 dollar charge when i tried to pay for wal mart card I got with my "free" bid. As someone low on money I liked this, next thing I know they charge 30 dollars without any review page or anything. I want a refund for this, and I want all of my information taken away from the company.

I was searching options for a computer monitor. I never wanted to spend $99 on 250 bids. You reached into my pocket at took money out. If you were in front of me you'd be a cripple. Refund my money immediatly not 3-5 biz days.

Cancel the $99.00 I was charged for what I understood to be a free registration. I did not see a $99.00 fee until I posted my credit card info. My card was immediately charged with a $99.00 registration fee. This is a con and should not be legal.

It was not clear that while entering my information to register for the site that I was purchasing a bid package or that my account would be charged $99.00. I did not authorize this purchase nor did I know I was doing it. The registration process was misleading I certainly had no intention of incurring this cost. Kindly reverse the transaction and credit my card accordingly

also was mine, they said i had won 3 action, which was all coupons or bid voucher. told me to put in my information and of coarse my cc again, the one i used to buy bids,also i was suppose to get free bids in the begining which never happened, when i went to pay for my voucher they no longer took my card. it was master card, funny to me they can take it for your bid package but not for your payment for your winners prize. you have 7 days to pay or you loose them. tried talking to live chat several times, but it pops up with a response telling me that they would research my problem within 48 hours,which they nerver do. Oh yea it tells you you get a free spin daily that's crap. you never get to spin that crapping wheel. for as with my dealing' with them they are looser's, biggest scam i've ever had to deal with. think i will report it and see if they want check into it and CLOSE IT DOWN!!!!!!! RIP OFF!!! Be sure to tell all your friends!! Let's get them off the internet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!my name is Danny and yes i'm a female.

It was not clear that while entering my information to register for the site, I was also purchasing a bid packaged and my account was charged for 60$. I did not authorize this purchase nor did I know I was doing it. The page to register stated "Scroll down to finish registering" and the only space to fill in what my address and card information. This lead to an unauthorized purchase of 250 bids for 60 dollars. I demand a full refund for 60 dollars for this as it was unclear and misleading.

I with to have my initial charge reversed. I do not want the bids and pushed the button inadvertently. I cannot afford this invoice.. I am a senior and didn't understand.
