Hello I had gringdr before on my old phone and since I lost.the phone like 2 weeks ago and got a new one I uploaded grindr again and now its asking me to buy the grindr xtra again even tho the last time I bought your subscription was couple months ago but even like that you guys CHARGED MY BANK ACCOUNT randomly now on 02/27/2013 for the amount of $5.99 I need this money to be returned or fix right away. I talked to my bank and they said they could investigate and do a claim reversal but to talk to you guys first since you guys charged my bank account. Please take a look into this ASAP.

The email below is the response they sent. What annoys me now is they stopped further payments but not refunded the ones I did not authorise. I managed to catch it after 2 payments. But what if I didn't? How many 1000's of other uses are unaware of the charges? It says when my "current credits expire"? Credits for what? I did not agree for my subscription to renew, I have in the past been asked to renew it and type my Apple ID password in before continuing the subscription, however this time I was not asked to enter my password and I have just been billed 4.03GBP. I want reimbursing immediately as now my bank will charge me 10GBP because I have entered into my overdraft!
I have had grindr for a long time, I've only had grindr xtra once and that was a long time ago, I don't have the grindr xtra features and I don't want to be charged to use it as I never signed up for it since
I signed up for and deleted my Grindr Xtra account (due to the app not working) in Feb. 2012. Was refunded for the initial first month charge charge in March 2012. However, I've been continually charged since April 2012 to current day, even though my account was deleted back in February 2012.
I haven't used that app since I switched to my iPhone last year. Who knows how long I was getting billed until I finally noticed. This was all last year during my blackberry days. Please refund all my money back and remove me from this subscription.
