They had it advertised as $5.99 per month for A-list, which is somewhat feasible, but they charged me $69.99 for the whole year. They did not specify that I was going to be charged $69.99 immediately, it said $5.99/month for 12 months, so I was willing to go for it expecting a 6 dollar charge, Not a 70 dollar charge. How am I supposed to buy groceries for my family now that they took that much money? I don't know how to keep calm about this because I now have $110 left for the month. $180 would have gotten us groceries and gas so that I can get to and from work. I'd like a refund, but I doubt they're going to issue that.

BOUGHT A LIST FOR A MONTH ... BUT OKCUPID CLAIMED THAT IT CAN'T TAKE MY CARD .. YET MY DEBIT CARDS SAYS OTHERWISE AND I EVEN ACCIDENTALLY PURCHASED THE A LIST TWO TIMES ... BUT EVEN STILL - I DON'T HAVE ALIST ... I'M SO SO SOOO FURIOUS RIGHT NOW.

I found the transaction of USD7.99 on 6 Aug 2017 under my supplementary card hold name Kwong ai Gek and I have confirmed with her that she was not even know about thisWMV*OKCUPID.COM. Please investigate and refund the amount to her. Thank you.

My bank statement shows that $39.64 has been charged to my account. I did not agree to anything or purchase anything. Please get the payment reversed as soon as possible.

I check my bank transaction and this company "WMV*OKCUPID.COM DALLAS TX US'' charged me $9.45. and it was was a unauthorized transaction. I would like a refund of my money. I will fill a complaint to my bank and get this situation settled.

My checking account was billed $19.95. I know I did not order anything from WMV*okcupid.com. I will try and contact that web site and get this illegal purchase removed from my checking account

It's been taking money out of my account and I no longer use it and I didn't use my card to get anything out of the site so please remove my card so I won't get charge anymore

I am not a customer of OKCUPID.COM, I don't use their service när have I an account with them. But I got 12 withdrawings on my bankaccount! I want my money back and I will contact the police!

These crooks slammed my account for $149.00 - I have never visited this site, and with all of these comments, can not imagine why some county attorney is not slamming these folks under the jail... YES I got my money back, but it cost me 3 overdraft fees, and some embarrassment. A dating site ??? I'm a married 67 year old man who felt molested by these thieves. There has to be a special place in hell for people like this !

I did not authorized a debit of $59.70 from my account. I deleted my account information from the page and will call my bank and the website corporate headquarters in the morning. This is a rip off and clicking to get information about a feature resulted in debiting my account.Please refund my money.

I gave OK cupid a one time authorization to charge my card now they won't stop. I've called and left a message telling them to not charge it anymore ...cause its impossible to get an actual person. I've had to get my credit card company to retract the charge for the fourth time now. They won't stop.

You have debited my checking account without any right to do so. I have never been on your sight nor gave you permission to steal my money!! You also made me get a NSF twice for $35 a pop! How the hell can you do this and get away with it? How the hell did you get my info?? Crooks that's exactly what you are!!! Match.com also charged me $58 and made my account go negative. I want my money refunded ASAP!! You debit $9.95 plus you owe me two NSF. Please get back with me NOW.
