I got charged about 16$ with no reason is it consecutive or ...

so my work didn't process our direct deposits properly (ridiculous since they had one job to do) so that's why I got charged $15 on my account. Another stupid thing since it's not my fault at all. I called my bank and they asked me about stuff and then they said they were going to waive the $15 and take it off my account. My problem was with JP Morgan. hopefully this helps some of you.

I think I figured it out, every time my parents send me money, the bank they send it from takes a cut of the total amount they send because of the wire transfer process. The $16 dollars costs are followed by every wire transfer. tl;dr - I think it's the bank wanting you to pay for the transfer process. (In this case, my parents bank wants me to pay for their transfer of cash)

Not entirely sure, but I believe if someone makes a wire transfer to your account they can select for the recipient to pay the transfer charges, and this is one of them.
