I just noticed a recurring payment of 15.99/month that has been coming out of my checking account. To my knowledge I never signed up for this identity protection. If I did unwittingly sign up or give my consent I am reversing it at this time and want the charges to stop immediately.

Looking at my Wells Fargo statements, I came across TLG*ID PROTECTS51285768 on 12/8-9/11 for a charge of $1. Then it escalates, becoming WF*TLGEIDPROT51285768DECT877-816-8243IA: The abbreviation for the month changes as the billing date: Jan 25 ,Feb 27, Mar 25, Apr 25, (May is missing), June 25, July 25, Aug 27, Sept 25, Oct 25, (Nov gone), Dec 27 and also on Jan 25th this year, the amount is still 15.99. These were never authorized!!!

I do not remember enrolling in this service. This has been ongoing for several months. I have emailed customer service requesting information on the service I am being charged for. I have received no reply. I want to look into cancellation and refund of previous debits.

I noticed a charge on my Wells Fargo credit card for $15.99 every month. I did not authorize those charges and Wells Fargo will only go back 6 months in the dispute because "that's all they are obligated to." So that is pretty convenient for them to steal money from my account and only do "what they are obligated to do" to return it. Wells Fargo's new slogan: Come bank with us! We won't go above and beyond, we do only what we are obligated to do! Needless to say, I will be switching who I bank with because I now know they are a very dishonest company.

I recently noted in my bank statements for the past three months I've received a charge of $12.99 each month for some service that I did not give authorization for. After doing a bit of research online I found out that I'm not the only person being scammed into "acquiring" this service. I need my money back ASAP. This is not an ethical way of doing business and I request that this stops immediately. I don't wish to be part of this subscription. Please take me off your list, account, whatever you call it. I am going to look farther into my records and I hope that there isn't further transactions from TLG IDPROT. If so, you'll be receiving another email requesting further refunds.

I never authorized this charge and would like this and any previous charges reversed. It has happened 20 times - sometimes every two weeks - sometimes every month - to the total of 259.80 - this would explain why my balance has been off and I have sometimes bounced transactions many times - that I have had to pay for - Please fix this - Thank you
