cancel my Budget Savers membership, as of 3/29/2015 at 6:30pmest. I do not expect to see a charge on my credit card. cancel as of today

We found the charge on our credit card bill a couple of months ago and I phoned and stated in no uncertain terms that I had not signed up for any service and wanted to "unsubscribe" right away. I was told that this would be done. It was not. Our most recent bill again show 29.95 charged by WC Mon Budget. I've read elsewhere that our only recourse may be to close out that credit account so they can no longer tap into it. This will be a huge pain - and it makes me furious. With some luck the CC company might be able to get the money back but the scammers have a way of getting around it, from what I've read. At this point I just want it to stop.

This was a charge for a service that was not accepted despite being charged for it.

have noted charges from my acct on a monthly basis ---what ??? was not diligent in checking my acct. but will certainly be from now on.....no explanations no service--- no way---want this charge from MON BUDGET to CEASE NOW. -.had no idea that this site would be charging me this much on a monthly basis---seems to me I recall something about $ 1 a month--seemed reasonable

I don't recall ever joining this membership for $29.00 a month. It's not something that I do. I was shocked to think I was so careless in checking my credit card statements that this charge has been ongoing 9/17/12. I called the company a couple weeks ago and complained and they said they would send me a refund form. I have not yet received it. In reading the other complaints, I recall a similar phone call about a gas card in connection with a diet product . I can't believe that they can get away with this, how did they get my card number anyway. I want all of my money back!

I would like to know why this charge was deducted from my bank account without my concent. On 5/10/2013 I approved $1.00 to be taken when I signed up to recieve Riddex product and this company took $29.95 out of my acct.and I haven't said YES or NO TO ANY AGREEMENT, I was told that I had 14 or 15 day after recieving a $100.00 gas card but I have yet to recieve anything so what am I being charged for. I would like you to put my money back in the bank ASAP.

Refund the three charges that were made for $29.95. I do not know what this is in reference to, but I did receive an email in January about the membership and I canceled IMMEDIATELY! So any charges that has been made on my account need to be refunded and actions need to be done so that I do not get charged again. If this matter is not fixed in a timely matter I will be forced to take legal action.

I emailed Budget Services after reading the many negative statements regarding them. They emailed me back within 10minuets. I was shocked. I had told them I wanted to discontinue service in my previous email. I had noticed a charge on my visa account with no phone number and got suspicious.I WAS ALE TO CANCEL THE SERVICE via email and believe there will be no charges after the trial period. I am thinking this has gotten a bad rap but I may be wrong. I hope I am right.
