My bank account is being charged 5.40 for the last 3 months. I do not use this or have given permission for any one to charge me for this. This is stealing. I am calling my bank to get this stopped.

I tried to add an "optimal plan" $35.00 card and your system charged me for 512MB of data, for what is a basic flip phone. Your system is plain terrible and I am done wasting my money with your company. Please note I am disputing all transactions.

A charge of $106.19 was on my current citicards statement. Never made a charge or even heard of this VZWRLSS*PREPAID PYMPT. I am taking this up with my credit card company as an unauthorized charge.

when I called number it was activation line only when I went to my Verizon. store I could not get refunded no pin number no proof I have text message of payments still no money I have lost $288 in 3 months

My card number was used without my authorisation this company is one of them that made a payment of $48.95. it was made on 02/07/2015 I tried to contact you on the phone but i was put on hold forever iwould contact me at 801-9684529 for further information ASAP I would like to know who made the payment it would be very good .
