Discovered my credit card has been charged #33.97 every month since Sept. 2012 I did not authorize these charges, never heard of this company and feel these charges are fraudulent. Please refund the charges.

I was balancing my 2012 account in preparation for dong my taxes and I noticed that my account has been charged by vividadmin.com since June 2012. I have no idea who vividadmin.com is and did not authorize these charges. The unauthorized charges total $345.04. Please cancel this unauthorized monthly charge and refund the unauthorized charges of $345.04.

It was not clear in the advertisement that the charge was not a one off, but a recurring monthly charge. I seem to be unable to cancel this "subscription",which is what I want to do.

3 day trial. misleading advertisement. i was not aware that i have to cancel it. i don't remember my user name or password on this account. the first & last time i log on to this service was when i tried the 3 day trial offer.
