An unauthorized charge of US$57.99 was posted on my credit card on the 19th Aug.Detected by me on the 21st Aug Have no idea who these people are or what the charge is purported to be for Have reported to bank who have cancelled the credit cards and issued new ones Awaiting credit

I've got 2 pending Unauthorized vitamin shoppe charges on my debit card dated 12/7/2019. 2 different stores located in California. I called my bank they calls my card issued a new one say I can't dispute charges until they post. So far it's been 3 days still haven't posted. I live in Tennessee and the last time I shopped at shoppe was in 2014 at a local store. I think there is an issue with vitamin shoppes software causing these problems

I just got 2 notifications in a row for $100 that I did not purchase from here. reported it as fraud and had my card stopped

Called this number 1-800-223-1216 and the person named Jackie was very rude so I reminded her how the conversation is being recorded for Quality and Training Purposes. The call was placed @ 10:42 a.m. today. 8-15-19 We are filing a fraud charge against this company. They are rude to the customer too when she called earlier.

Got me for about $800.00 a year . My bank is trying to get some of my money back from June to Oct. The place is in New Jersey (800) 223-1216 VIT VITAMIN SHOPPE.COM

I had an unauthorized charge for $169.89 from my debit card posted to my bank on 10/9/18...caught it in the pending stage, so hopefully the fraud dept. can cancel it before it is processed

Unauthorized charge of $27.99 was posted on my credit card on 4th of October. Detected by me on the same date. I have no idea where this company is or who made the charge. I have reported this as Fraud to my bank and they have cancelled the card. I am awaiting credit to my account.

I have find an unauthorized charge on my credit card for USD 73.84 posted on my statement September 24, 2014. Now my credit card has been terminated and my bank is investigating. I have never purchased anything from this merchant (vitaminshoppe.com) and no idea how they got my information!

I encountered the same problem! Two unauthorized charges from *VIT*VITAMIN SHOPPE.COM on the 18th Oct 2014. I was told by the bank they need to investigate on it and from the bank transaction code it was under purchasing of tombstone. WTF?!

An unauthorized charge of US$52.19 (from Vitaminshoppe) was charged to my credit card twice (8 mins apart) on Oct 21. Reported to bank and now they have froze my credit card for investigation.
