There is a pending charge on my account of (AU) $4.86. I made a one off payment for dietary supplements over 2 months ago and for some reason they are charging me for something else

I signed up for a free trial of twon products (of which I only recieved one product). I now have made 2 more mayments to celliansafe of $102.47 (Cellansafe 8556692355 LA) and $61.33 (Cellansafe8556692355). When i signed up for the free trail I only wanted that and I tried to find if I was going to be continually chagred but did not see anything.
I would like to know when i will get my first product I never received, I want to know what the new chanrges are for and.....I want to cease/stop all further chages from happening again and cancell any subsrription I may be entered into. Please let me know once camcelled and the answer to all my questions

I was overcharged for a product, the advertisement was very misleading. I called and emailed the company. They said it would be taken care of by reimbursement, and most certainly has not. I'm very displeased, and feel swindled. They are very difficult to reach.
