On 12/03/2013 Vesta *Virgin Mobile double billed me 2 times for $48.66 for my monthly payment. I Disputed the the extra charge with Virgin Mobile and my bank, and received credit for the overcharge of $48.66. Now to be spitefull they will not allow me to register my credit/debit card for automatic monthly payments, instead I have to buy top up cards around town, but not for much longer. If this is not resovled by 02/03/2014 then I will not top up and go with someone else. Henry

VESTA *VIRGIN MOBILE charged my card on 10-24-14 for $54.85 and i do not have an account with them. Now disputing charge with my credit card account.

On 10/23/14, I was charged $46.60. I have no idea how this company got my debit card #, but I did not authorize this transaction. This will be reported to my FCU asap!

I received a charge on my debit card from Vesta, never signed up with them! i do not have phone service with them - i went online shopping for a different carrier, looked at a number of them and did not sign/switch with any; still have my current carrier; but somehow Vesta charged my card!! Do not use - ripoff

I have a Vesta Virgin Mobile charge on my debit card as of 5/16/2014 for 33.08. Will report to my FCU and call Virgin Mobile. My payments to Virgin Mobile are via PayPal.
