The charge on 10/16 looked unfamiliar-USPS-NCMS #######'s Kansas City MO so I checked the info online. Thanks to all who reported their unauthorized charges I know it's a scam. Will be calling Citi to report it and get credit.

This is definitely a scam. There were three identical charges of $32.46 on our MC for this: >>USPS-NCMS 66100389 KANSAS CITY MO.<< I went online and disputed the charges and got e-mail within ten minutes with the following statement >>The dispute was resolved in your favor. The credit on your account is considered permanent.<< So Citibank MasterCard knows about the scam.
