I have recently received and unauthorized charge on my debit card and I would appreciate it if it would be refunded immediately. I will be contacting my bank to make sure that it is taken care. Because, as Isaid it was not authorized at all.

I reviewed my transactions and I came across this userhosts.com that had a 39.95 charge. I never authorized anything like that so of course I am furious and I think my money should be refunded to me

These people are criminals! Somehow they've got my cc details and ive a whole host of bogus charges and money lost. They say they cant find your member details or username or email address used to join...there is none AS I NEVER JOINED WHATEVER THIS PLACE IS, I have no idea. Then they want the whole 12 numbers of my card - as if I'd give all that out when they've already fraudulently stolen my money. Got the same rubbish g fraser got above. These people should be shut down and taken to court, this is theft!

I am 70 yrs old - on a pension - wondered why my account never balanced - now I know - dont ever supply your credit card number as a proof of age or identification

I signed up for this website by accident and it has charged me 80 dollars to my debit card I want my money back !

Ive had 4 payments taken since Dec13. Cancelled at the bank an now trying to trace any information as to who set this up and how did they get my details... Very suspicious as they need your e mail address and 12 digits of the card used to set it up! Anyone else had any luck finding information? They told me on Chat that they are a customer service company serving entertainment companies. So i wasn't even talking to the people who took the money.

I managed to get through to the chat help again. I got a refund of one payment and was directed to a phone line to querie the rest along with logging a complaint. Allowing someone else to use my card, with my name, to verify the age of a person with a different name and still charge. They would not deal with me via e mail. You just get automated responses with the insult of 'Thank you for your interest in our website' if you want the number to complain in person : Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for your email. For further assistance please contact us at 1-800-591-9850, or our international line at 001-818-591-4518, to assist you further in this matter. Customer service is open daily from 8:00AM to 5:30PM PST. If you are unable to call us please contact your financial institution for further assistance. We appreciate your interest in our website. I got duped into entering my card details for age verification & at no point prior to this there was no mention of me entering into a chargeable rolling monthly subscription & now ive been charged.
