This company continuously takes $9.99 out of your account every couple weeks unauthorized, and you really have to pay attention to your bank statement, or credit card transaction statement to know that they are taking it out. Then if you call them, they act like they have no idea what you are talking about. Shut that card off immediately or they will continue to charge you for I don't even know what!!

They continue to take money out of my account. I called to cancel, but they tell me they can't find my account.
