On April 11th 2018, I used a self service car wash/vacuum, I later checked my transaction history online and there were 3 pending transactions of $1.50, a total of $4.50. But this morning the transaction went through and there were 3 charges, one for $7.00, one for $3.00, and another for $1. What an unpleasant surprise! I'll certainly never use one of these machines again.

I bought one bagel w/cream cheese from one of your machines in a parking ramp in Minneapolis, MN. I was charged twice, as shown in my bank transactions... one charge for $1.50 and another for $1.75. I don't remember which price is accurate, but there should not have been two charges. I expect a refund to my account for one of the charges. Thank you.
