Received note from the bank that there's an unauthorized transaction of 24.9 Euros from this website. Tried to contact the website for cancellation, meanwhile has blocked my card temporarily. Since I have never registered or even clicked on the website, I suspect the company bought credit card info from elsewhere.

BLS*Unique Life Solutions claims I purchased 1 Natural Slim Diet through its website on September 19, 2021 and purported documentation that I have received it. I have received nothing. I have no memory of this transaction. There is no evidence that I can locate of this transaction in my computer or phone. My credit card company has been helpful in charging it back to this vendor but they are disputing the charge-back. Any suggestions?
