On December 29 a charge from Dri-Avast for $70.61 was applied to Mastercard ending in 6872. This was not requested and the second time this has been done to my account. Please refund now.

Sir/Ma'am, I received an authorized charge on my credit card from CCI HOTEL for $1,075.36. I stayed at Columbia Hampton Inn & Suites (at the University of Missouri) 31 Jan to 3 Feb and paid the correct amount of $424.78 at the time of departure. I'm not sure why this is showing up on my credit card bill, as reserved rooms on-line, and did not call or communicate with CCI. I'd like this amount to be removed or credited to my card. A charge of $10.34 showed up on my credit card statement for December. I have bought many meals at Chipotle, but never through the online portal. Please correct this error and issue a refund to my credit card (which apparently you have) in that amount. I reserve, as a last resort, the option of lodging a formal complaint with the bank that administers my account, but I would very much prefer a voluntary settlement. I look forward to your reply. Unauthorized charge for 89.99. Neither my husband and or I have had any contact with free trials or subscription for the new Yorker. Contacted bank and will have new cards issued. I would love to know how they got ahold of our account information.
