Hello Customer Support I hope you can help me with two additional charges made on my Visa Debit Card from Vesta *AT&T 866-608-3007. I purchased a prepaid Sim card for 30 days only on 19 April 2018 but on checking my bank account have found that I have been debited $41.10 AUD on 16 May and $41.16 AUD on 15 June 2018. The sim card was purchased from your Honolulu store. I have unfortunately discarded the Sim card upon my return to Australia, so I no longer have the mobile number. My name is Judith Cush, from Sydney Australia. I have looked on the internet forum which is saying that these charges are a scam. I hope this is not true. I have had many emails from Kimberley Meyerowitz, the manger of the Honolulu store who has asked me to ring Customer Care to organise a refund. I have tried to contact via the internet without success. As I live in Australia it would be expensive to ring so I hope you can organise my refund based on this correspondence. You must still have my debit card number and my bank is happy for you to credit back to that card. Thank you for your help
