I am being charged for a service I do not want. All I want is the extra character slots. If there is a monthly charge for this, I do not want the extra slots. I want a free service with no monthly charges.

My credit card has been debited each month by Turbine 12.99 Eur each month since 29 Jan 2012 that is 12.99 * 1.35 USD/EUR* 11months =192.90 USD
