I was charged by TWX for three different service or stuff I don't know. Accutually I know nothing about them. I didn't buy any things or service from them, nor subscirbe them. I called the number listed in my bank statement. It's an automated system. Press * to get direct customer service rep. First she asked for my account number, which I don't have as most of you won't, so she asked for my zip code and banking info. Found the charge, issued a refund, and cancelled my subscription. And my payment was 2 months earlier. Here's the number I used, 800-463-1901.

they told me mine was incurred by shopping at Finishline and that was how my subscription begin. they cancelled and refunded my account though after i called 1-800-463-1901 and told them i knew nothing about it
