I replied on your offer and you billed me for $25.99. You however continue send me the same offer with warning of expiration and finally claimed that the offer has expired.
I want to know whether your software is installed on my computer and I can use it Or should I dispute your charge.

I paid for subscription, but it is not credited. The charge went through on my credit card on 3/05/2013.

I was persuaded to purchase the software advertised and payment was made and the payment appears on my TESCO Credit card bill TRANSACTION DATE 17TH dEC 2012 POSTED 17TH Dec. The Download did not take place though attempted and do not have the software on my computer. O have however had repeated questions appear "Do you wish to purchase this software" ? though I had already done so.

I ordered the TuneUp Utilities for my home computer. After I put in all of my information, including my credit card information, a notice came up that the TuneUp Utilities could not be downloaded on my computer because I already had a better version on my computer. I did not download the program but your company took $37.46 from my account. I want the entire amount put back into my account and my application dismissed. I sent a complaint as soon as I discovered that the money had been taken from my account, but I never received any feedback from anyone.

I didn't order this, I don't even know what it is for. I didn't authorize any software purchase, I don't know if it's a subscription or not but I want it to stop and be refunded. Maybe they installed something on my computer without my permission? My brand new computer has been very slow lately.

I did not authorise this transaction. The amount may be nominal but it may be recurrent apparently and I did not purchase, just enquired.

Was advertised as a program to help with computer running - has brought many viruses, cannot use this anymore. Via AVG have identified that this Tune-Up program is the source. As advertised there should be a FULL refund eligibility within 30 days of purchase.

Aug. 12, 2012 Aug. 14, 2012 TUNE-UP KOELN 29.95 USD @ 1.018030 $30.49 this extract shows the date ordered for the above and the date processed on my VISA account. But the company wants me to pay again..?? I certainly have not received the 'Service I paid already for' just POP UPs saying my FREE trial time expired and so I should 'PAY AGAIN' - not good business practice if it cannot provide automatically with a payment - the SERVICE..??

I downloaded a FREE software called TUNE-UP KOELN DEU from a website called DownloadMix.com. I was told it was free and I would never have to pay for anything as it was freeware.
I then received a charge for $24.95 for this "free" software. I would like my money back but doing a credit dispute anymore since my HSBC credit card was bought out by Capital One is a true hassle.
Worse, this software gave my laptop a virus that I've been unable to get rid of, so to be charged for a free software and to receive a virus in the process is extremely delinquent and unethical on this company's part.
Anything you can do to get my money back would be most appreciated.

I was told by someone from this company that they would optimize my lap top for free. However, I then received a charge for $24.95 on June 28, 2012. At no time was I told this was going to cost me anything.
