Ordered product in December of 2011 & have had a recurring charge that I didn't authorize in December 2012 and now in December 2013. Why isn't there a phone number for customer support?

This was a trial offer i used long time ago I wasn't suppose to get charged any thing I was not satisfied with the product either.

i did not sign for automatic renewal am pissed i paid for it in the first place as it destroied my music colection and compleatly disorganizedit even worse and deleated most of the good versions of my songs over 87,000 songs were lost i want all my money back for this defective program
