I am being charged 64.73 and I have never signed up for this!! WTF I want my money back, on the phone now with this so called company and they want all of my information!!! They said I signed up for there service and said I agreed to a charge of 17.95....

i have charges to my account from transunion, i know nothing about. please refund my money.and how did you get my account information. i will file charges against this company. basically this company just stole 29.95 from my account that i did not authorized .them to take. just as fast as you taken it want it back just as fast. you guys are criminals!!

This was not something one would expect from a well known credit reporting service. It was a shock to be charged $1.00 for this but then, another charge of $19.95 for nothing is totally unacceptable. Because of this bogus service I have had to cancel my debit card to avoid any additional charges. Hopefully, the other credit reporting agencies are more honest in their business dealings.

Paid $19.95 after Experian crisis for a one time report of all 3 credit agencies. Realized a month later that I was being charged again. Called a was told I would be charged $19.95/month for 6 months! I simply said "wrong!" and they immediately said they would cancel my "implied subscription". I told them that I also wanted a refund of the new $19.95 charge they immediately agreed (as if they had heard this before), however I have yet to see it. Had to have the bank flag it as an unauthorized charge. BEWARE!

I was advised to check my credit rating, which I did at Transunion. When I checked my rating it was suppose to be free. I gave them no information, and I see today that I have been charged 29.47! I have no clue for what!

I signed up for $1.00 charge last month, now again was charged $31.75, and I don't know what for.

Hi, On June 1st, my credit card was charged $1.00 and then on June 8th, my card was charged $19.95. I do not know what these charges are for. Please advise.

Charged, never signed up, caused my bank account to overdraw, and they took my rent money so I'm going to be evicted. My rent is auto drafted. This is fraud, and I will be calling my attorney.

I too have had 2 unauthorized charges on my credit card which I did not sign up for their service. they are supposed to give me a refund. I would suggest you contact you lawyer and bring up a class action suit against Transunion. Just read these other complaints. It is fraud.

Agreed to $1 charge, got slammed with a no warning recurring charge. Super shady. Almost impossible to cancel via their website.

I got charged twice by TU transunion, I have no idea what it is. I never signed up that freaking service, I wanna my money back right nowwwwww!!!!!

The past two months Transunion has charged a transaction to my credit card. Luckly it was declined. I DID NOT authorize nor sign up for anything from Transunion.

I never use this service. I signed up over a year ago and have tried to cancel my membership online many different times and cannot figure out where to navigate to that option under my account settings. I dont use it to keep track of my credit and want to stop being billed for something I dont use.
