A charge of $872 appeared on my credit card in December after I made a hotel reservation, not through getaroom.com I have spent hours trying to find someone who can remove this charge. This company is utterly unresponsive and they give phone numbers to call where the person picking up the phone has no idea how to find the booking reference number that one of their other employees provided to me -- because the first person I talked with today provided me with a booking number and left off the last 3 numbers. Dishonest and inept.

There is a $400 charge to my card that is unauthorized by Get a Room
