Omg!!! Please say t isn't so!!!!! :*( I booked a suite for my family for this weekend two months ago... It cost over 300$ just for the room! I've paid for other things such as tickets to a theme park and planned and packed, we aren't rich, we had to save for this vacation!!! I just went to search my email for our confirmation code and can't find it!!! Seriously think I'm going to puke... We were looking forward to this more than I can even say... It never ever dawned on me that this could happen!! What am I going to tell my family?? My husband is going to be so mad, and my little ones are going to be devastated!! Someone please help!! Please!! How do I fix this??? I'm having a serious panic attack! I can't afford to pay for another room.. :'(

Had Travel Reservation USA clean out my checking account this morning (722). Called my bank and they're processing the refund. I moved money from savings to cover pending auto bill pays. The refund process will be easy though because these stupid people didn't know my spouse had major surgery and is unable to drive least of all travel. Thank goodness we have credit monitoring for free from all those peons who were hacked. Let's see I'm up to seven companies that had my info hacked. Even the charity we donated a car to is offering credit monitoring now. Yippee more free credit monitoring.

I have a charge on my card for$291.96 posted on 6/7 Posted at Travel Reservations USA. Someone is using my credit card number Please call me at 9856403018.

Never booked any reservation through Expedia or travelreservationusa.com. Received a call from Visa fraud dept. asking if I authorized charges of three times same day, May 16th, of $838.00. I said no, card is cancelled. There is another website, whatsthatcharge.com for travelreservationusa.com that have more posts of the fraud. Someone needs to dig further and figure out what's going on with this travelreservationusa.com charges - and like I said, I never booked through Expedia or travelreservationusa.com.

They took 328.11$ from my account an never received a confirmation. The sad part is I purchased it off the Expedia website

My mom's card was charged by this people with no reason whatsoever. We are from Costa Rica and are trying to find them and get our money back

Although they seem to have made a reservation, it is dubious at best. They claimed to represent the hotel, they said they'd send confirmation, and after the fact it was difficult to find our reservation. They said they were affiliated with Expedia, but there was no record of the res at Expedia. Do not book with Travel Reservation USA or reservationcounter.com or anyone at 866-460-7456
