Called my credit card company about the charge and also went to Motley Fool to read "The Motley Fool's - terms of service and conditions of sale". Next went to Member Support at [email protected] to terminate my account and filled out the form. We'll see where this leads.

I have already received a response from the "Motley Fool" in the next 3-5 days I will be credited with the $149 plus state sales tax of 8% to bring it to $160.92, so see good things can happen.

I too just got charged 8/13/19, I didn't authorize this payment. I had tried them for a one year plan for retirement over a year ago. Now they just up and charge me because they have my number. We'll see about this.

$199.00 was deducted from my account by Motley Fool.com, was not authorized by me, and must be replaced immediately.

I called two months ago and cancelled my subscription, so my question is when are you gonna STOP charging me. Now it's three months and from reading it seems you dont wanna pay. WARNING: I am a fool and will waste money on an attorney as well as add space to post the complaints......That's right i'm not a MOTLEY Fool but i am a fool who likes his money. Pay me !
