Supposed to be a onetime charge for magazine, now it's a 8$ charge every month. What ever is this service it's not worth 8$ a month please cancel and refund charge.

This is also from a the same sweepstakes i supposedly won and i don't even know what this is supposed to be giving me and i didn't even know i was getting charged for this or what this offers besides assuming it's related to the sweepstakes offer and i want anything affiliated with this sweepstakes under my name removed and cancelled. I would like preferably my money back or at least stopping all payments and removed.

Being charged reoccuring payments for a service I did not approve nor desire starting in November. I was military and all bills were auto-payments so I never noticed this until now that I am manually paying all my bills again. I want a full refund and I want to be removed from this service and never charged again.

I have never ordered this service!!!!!!!! I have not even heard of this company. I work out of town so all bills were paid online. Please refund all charges. First the $1.00 march $29.95 april, may $21.95, june $ 21.95 Total of $47.95 .Failure to do so will result in legal action.So I ask nicely to do what is right. Thank you ! Before the july amount is taken out.i expect to see full refund!!!!!!!!!!!!

i called them at first they said there was no possible refund. They got my information through buying a airline ticket with spirit air. After telling the lady i want to speak to your manager the manager was able to refund me my money. Just be stern with them and tell them it was not authorized. their telephone number should show on your bank statement. hope this helps everyone. ceo's of companies like this should be thrown in jail for robbery.
