I have two charges on my debit card/checking account from this merchant. I use mint.com as a budget tool, but I never signed up for the credit monitor. Two charges of 16.99 each came out of my account in the same day.

Signed up for Mint Credit Monitoring and on first day go to cancel my subscription. Thought by hitting the button it would go through because the next screen looked like a confirmation screen. Did not sign into my account from then on. 2 weeks later received a charge on my credit card. Went onto the site for the first time since i signed up and clicked close account, which then I saw it said to call their number to close. Called and politely stated my case, asked for a refund, and to close my account. Was denied a refund and denied talking to a superior. The logs show that I wasn't using it and signed in once on the first day and a second time when i was hit with the charge. Just refund my money, it was a clear misunderstanding. Consumers don't respect businesses who operate this way. Do it enough times, and Mint will earn that negative reputation that people will turn away from.

There was an issue of some sort during the sign-up process during which the next page couldn't load and I received a message of some sort saying to "try again later." I ended up just deciding against it and never came back to go through it again. I had no idea that it actually HAD gone through! The only indicator of any sort that I ever received was one telling me to "try again later."

I am not familiar with this credit monitor. I use the free credit check available on line. I have little need for ongoing credit monitoring. I cancelled the service using the phone # on the account but was told that the company could not return the 16.99 charge. I request that the $16.99 subscription fee be returned because I did not sign up for the service.

I remember I was subscribing to this service but I cancelled it before I submitted the application, so I don't understand why I am being charged. Want my reimbursement back. Thanks

I signed up for Mint Credit monitor, but had to get manual authentication before I could use the service. I only just barely got the service working today (March 23) and I think it's unfair to have charged me for February when I never got the service.

This service offered a trial period. I signed up, obtained the information I needed, and canceled the same day by phone. Despite this, I was still charged the $16.99 fee. I believe this is an error.

The service is a pretty explainable service. You guys don't want to be charged for the service call in and cancel before the trial period ends. Also you are agreeing to terms and conditions that clearly state everything that everyone is complaing about on here. Remember to READ fine print before you sign up for a service. And also if you don't want to be billed for the service then go to freecreditreport.com or something other then mint credit because your paying for the credit monitoring not the FREE score and report that they are providing you for 14 days

I use Mint.com and provided all my personal classified information since they were claiming themselved to be an APP that monitors my spending activity. I always knew tris was a free app as they still advertise, I was never told that there is charge. I was bulled by TIDMINT CREDIT - I have raised a claim back from AMEX since there were 4 charges on the same day .. each for $110 summing up to $440 / i dont know from where they got to this $ figure. I am very dissapointed. This is another scam/rip-off.

if you have mint.com mint credit monitoring service then your going to be billed for the service after your 14 day trial period like the description above states. those 4 charges for the $110 sounds like a per-authorization charge, those charges fall off with in 2-3 days

I had no idea I was signing up that would charge me $110.00 when I checked my credit score. what's furthermore, I signed up for the reduced credit monitoring service. so i certainly did not see the $110.00 price tag anywhere. if i had known that i would not have filled it out or done anything for credit monitor.

The company hooked me with the promise of free credit monitoring through Mint.com but it then redirected me to a desperate company that was under a very similar name. I then was unable to finish filling out my personal information for some unknown reason at which point I gave up and X-ed out of the page. 14 days later the "Free" part of the deal expired. I was expecting a free check of my credit for a one time thing and now it is turning into a "Pre-Authorized charge". I very much so don't want this.

I signed up for a free trial and was not given any indication when the trial was up and was automatically charged $110. I this horrible business practice. I am disputing this charge.
