I used the sight that was recommended by the IRS.GOV to pay my 2011 taxes that were owed by my husband. I paid with my capital one credit card. Now, the IRS has taken my refund that was owed to me in 2014 to pay the bill. I am furious about this!!! I need my refund as I am getting divorced and have bills to pay. I now have paid the IRS twice for a bill that I never owed in the first place. I'm getting an attorney
