I signed up for Saveology and I had a number to call to confirm my subscription. Then they chared me the 4.95 for a n offer that I did not ewant. Magazines at exorberant prices and "Dining Dollars" that I do not want to use and have no use for. I informered them that I did not want this and they informed me that they could cancel my subscriptions to the magazines but the 4.95 was a service charge that could not be reversed.

There is a charge of $19.47 that is coming out of my bank account without permission and I haven't received any kind of magazines.

I close the account in dec. and they give me my money back Now they charge me again on my credit card $79.98 I want to know what happen and by the way I never receive anything from the company .

I have been charged for tecmagazineco at November 26, 2012, after I saw the charge I immediately called them and canceled my membership. After that I haven't seen a charge in December. I've been busy with school and work that I haven't been able to check my bank account. When I recently checked it, I saw that I was charged with tecmagazineco again for the months of January, February, and March. Not only am I pissed that I lost money for these three months, but they also assured me that I would get my money back from the month of November they charged me for. I've been calling the number they gave me on my bank account every day, and have waited a long time and still no answer. Actually, I'm on the phone with them right now and I've been waiting an hour and I'm still listening to this crap music their playing. I demand my money back NOW.

I was asked about a 100 dollar certificate through saveology for restaurants and was told it would only cost me 6.95. I never received this certificate and was only given some dining dollars for a website. I was also told that this wouldn't be a subscription to this service and just a one time charge. I now have three separate transactions from this service and would like to cancel it immediately.

I started being charged in December by this company for 6.95 each month. It has been a recurring charge of 6.95 for december, february, and march which totals 20.85. I believe this came through saveology when they asked me about dining dollars and I told them I wanted it but I never received it and also I told them I didn't want to suscribe to this company and was told that I didn't even have to cancel. The subscription was never supposed to start.

I am FURIOUS! I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THIS CHARGE! I have no idea where it came from. My checking account was charged $19.47 & I have NO IDEA why! I do not subscribe to magazines & I don't let companies like that have permission to auto deduct from my account! I want this credited back NOW! If it is not, I WILL get an attorney!!!! And the question below asking me if this charge was for a Subscription is ridiculous! I NEVER AUTHORIZED IT SO IT IS FLAT OUT STEELING!!!!

i have cancelled this service confirmation number 01500003 I was told it would be posted to my account in 24 -48 business days. I have not received an e-mail. it has not been credited to my bank account I am going to bank now to make a claim. the amount of poor business quality is astounding that i have received. I have not received not 1 thing from this company not a maginzine not a letter or a card nothing.

Also a charge on 12/20/2012 for the same amount..... I also put a dispute into the BBB and Huntington National Bank to stop this unauthorized charges... I expect a full refund for these two ASAP

I checked my debit card statement and I have a 39.99 dollar charge on 1/22/2013. I have never heard of the company and have never received anything from this company.

Was connected to you bycomcasst told 39.99 magazine offer 1 time charge and would recieve 100.00 gift card, never received my card and was told would have a email to un subscribe, I'm going to out stop payment at my bank level you have charged me twice 39.99 never any mention of monthly cha rges just a 1 time 39.99 you owe me a refund and will report yo BBB about your practice also spoken to comcast advised me to stop payment with my bank

I was suppose to receive a free magazine as part of a Saveology deal from this company. I never received the magazine, and then a few months later was charged by the magazine company for a subscription. After calling them and disputing the charge, it was removed.
