This charge occured in Oakland Ca on 4-5-13. I live and was present in Amarillo TX 4-5-13. I never authorized this charge or used this service.

There was a charge for 45.50 on 1/23/23 on my Amex, in Houston. The charge dates back to 11/15/12. I am unaware of taxi in Houston around this time frame. Please look into the details.

i paid with a gift card and he over charged me. he took me 15 blocks down the street and charged me 39.99

This company is ridiculous. I got a 95 dollar charge out of a taxi ride out of Newark. Impossible to reach someone in their office, how does the goverernment allow this trickery?

I took a taxi from the airport in Indy to downtown. The fare was 32.45 and I tipped 5.55 for a total of $38. The driver was messing with his phone and had his camera open so I thought he took a picture of my credit card. I later checked the credit card company and it turns out the driver charged my card $38 plus there were two more transactions of $60 each--$160. All were from Taxipass. I thought something was fishy so I cancelled my credit card. Why do they do this?

My card was overcharged twice in the amount of 40.50 on 10/20/12 and I would like my debit card to be credited back in the amount of 40.50 immediately I am frustrated and upset at this matter I been calling the number the cab driver provided me with serval time n left serval messages and now I'm just getting through. This is terrrible coustomer service if you have any questions or more information you can reach me at my phone number.

The $155 you are seeing is actually a temporary hold that is put on your account when you swiped your card at the kiosk. this will fall off when your final charge gets posted against that.

The cab broke down (Newark, NJ to Brooklyn, NY) and did not get us to our location. I called to get a refund and got an automated message asking me to leave a message and that I would receive a call back in 24 hours, its now been 3 weeks and no call. I followed up with one of Taxipass's corporate offices in Boise, ID after a good long search to find a phone number where I could speak with a person. I did speak with someone and they found the charge and said they would credit me. I followed up 3 times after that and still no credit to my account. Now their phone mysteriously is out of service. Bad business, I think so!

I am going to report this Taxipassmiami company because I never use a taxi and they charge 6 time in one day. how the hell that happen. please please don"t use that Taxi they are scammer

They have actually shut down that office. So you will not be able to get a hold of anyone there. Keep trying at the main New York Office.
