This charge for $205.74 was on my bank account dated 10/23/13: RECUR DEBIT CRD PMT10/22 SXM*SIRIUSXM.COM/A 888-635-5144 NY 473702XXXXXX3200 583295367759769 ?MCC=4899. I use Sirius in one of my cars, but I renewed and paid for this next year in advance just three months ago. They shouldn't be charging me for anything.

I was offered a three month trial when I was on-line booking a hotel room. I hit NO and declined the offer. Two days later there was a charge for $29.12 on my debit card. Apparently you aren't allowed to say NO to these people.

I have asked many times for you not o bill my credit card. I want this service cancelled immediately. As I stated before; I can not afford this service as I am trying to save for a wheelchair for my husband. He had kidney cancer and got a transplant, but it was not successful. Then he ended up with congestive heart failure. It was confirmed that I have advanced staves of Lymes Disease and had to quit my job. I hope you understand my circumstances and will handle this situation. Thank you

Your service is in a new 2018 Silverado which I bought the end of February. I have service in my previous 2016 Silverado. After the free trial period my previous service was to transfer to the new truck. Please explain the charge that has appeared on my credit card statement for 52.65

Having same issue....I think someone is just stealing the money....better to dispute with cc company since Sirius seems to have no record of these transactions!

Sirius charged $204.88 to my husband credit card without any authorization

they charged the same amount $204.88 to my account. They then sent me a renewal notice!!!! The standard help desk is beyond useless. 866-635-7541 is the customer care number where they at least try to make you happy. Nine days after providing all the documents showing the charge, they still can not explain the charge???????? I have already filed a dispute with AMX, but I would really like Sirius's answer. While on the phone with Sirius I found this site. Unfortunately the help desk can not access the net????????? and have Ssaid they have no knowledge of any of these other complaints GO FIGURE.

I have had an account here for a long time. my Sirius died and wanted to upgrade. They had my visa number ,but the address was 100% wrong.(somewhere in RoseVale US)( I am in Canada) they could not change anything with my account as according to them other than knowing the visa number I was not the owner of the account. I am in Canada and they past me to the Canadian number how had nothing on anything.. My serial number was wore off the machine. It turns out that my only option is to put a stop on my Visa. Hope the people in rosevale don't get a bill

Same weird behavior - when I questioned a very large charge amount - over $500 - they wanted the credit card number to fix it. Right! I'm calling about a potential scam and I'm going to GIVE them my card number! I disputed the charge through my c/c company.

I'm on the phone with SiriusXM right now. A charge is appearing on my account every month but I'm using a different credit card for my active account! I called SiriusXM to find out why, and they say they CAN'T FIND THE CREDIT CARD BEING BILLED!!! It's maddening! In the meantime I they continue to charge me for an account that doesn't exist! HELP!!!! This has to be a class action law suit!

After 6 months of not having service, I was charged for another year of satellite radio. And even after being charged, I still don't have service. I don't want the service, but if I am obligated to pay for it, I'd at least like to have it restored.

My wife cancelled Sirius radio service in November 2011 when we got a new car that did not have satellite radio. Sirius offered us a portable radio to use in the car to continue the service. We declined telling them to cancel account. Sirius agrees that my wife called to cancel in November 2011, but their representative marked the account as "suspended" rather than canceled. They said when an account is "suspended", for reasons beyond my understanding, Sirius reactivates it after five months. Why would we want it reactivated when we don't have a satellite radio? Sounds like a scam to me.I did not realize the $49 charge on our credit card every quarter was fraudulent and paid the bill.I am really shocked that this company would engage in this type of treatment of customers. Please check your credit card bills carefully if you cancel Sirius to make sure it wasn't just marked "suspended" so it will be reactivated even though you don't have a satellite radio and did not request reactivation. 888-635-5144 SXMSSIRIUSXM.COM

I still have that unapproved charge on my card. Worst Customer Service in the HISTORY of Service. There is no system that automatically charges you. There are settings that the user/analyst controls. THIEVES & LIARS! Hard to have good customer service when there is no communication. And the little communication there is has such a HUGE COMMUNICATION GAP that nothing gets resolved. It has become a waste of time for me to try and get back the funds from the unapproved charge! SXM*SIRIUSXM.COM/ACCT 888-635-5144 NY $127.13
