I ordered four books under a promotional offer for $1.00. Now I am being billed $18.96, which I did not authorize. I'm finding it difficult to talk to someone for resolution as well. I strongly advise against doing any business with this company. They are not ethical, or trustworthy.

I ordered four books under a promotional offer for $1.00. Now I am being charged $21.66 showing up on my bank statement, I paid the $1.00 requested with my credit card and the $1.00 has already been charged. I don't know whether I should talk to SKV or Early moments, but I do not want to be a member of whatever this is. The promotion was very misleading.

I ordered the four books for a dollar under promotional offer. I did receive the books and mail for membership after few days. Thinking it will be useful for check for new story books at later stage. But one fine day, come across $18.96 debit on my credit card. Why should they charge for shipping and handling charges if the books purchared under promotional offer. They should have clearing mention this while ordering the books. Will not deal with them in future and want my money back.

I have received two book orders and money taken off my card four times. I did not authorize them to take money off my card for books. I was supposed to get the books and if I did not want them to return them or pay for them if I wanted to keep them. They have taken 18.96 on 8/31/2014 and 2096 on 9/1/2014. I want that money put back on my card and cancel my membership in this club.

I ordered the four dr suess books for a dollar. I had forgotten about it until they charged my account $18.96 causing my account to be overdrawn. Also, I still haven't received any books.i called them and sent an email. No response! I'm pissed. I want my $18.96 plus $35.00 overdraft fee.

I have already paid for the Dr Seuss books I signed up for, it took almost three weeks to get the books and a week later I checked our account this morning to find that they have taken $18.95 out for yet another book order? I never agreed to one, is it one of those companies that they take your money and if you don't like the product then you must send it back before getting a refund? I am furious.... I never received an email or notice or anything...

I have a charge pending for $20.29 and have not authorized any pre-payment for books or anything else. I have recently signed up for the Dr. Seuss package for my grandson but this offer is supposed to provide 3 new books at $4.99 each plus shipping and handling for review and decision to keep prior to posting any charges to my bank account. Does anyone know if this is connected to the Dr. Seuss marketing campaign? If this is the way that an age old institution has decided to conduct business, I have a feeling that they may lose a few customers. The only books received so far have been the "introduction" to Dr. Seuss at the "introductory" price.

A short, clear concise telephone discussion with a representative (Sherry) from Early Moments cleared this up for me. This is a charge connected to my subscription to Dr. Seuss & Friends; however, the puzzlement begins when they send a "no-reply" e-mail containing the information regarding review and decide about the upcoming shipment. When you receive the "no-reply" e-mail, it is just that...they expect you to make your decision and notify them through your on-line account, which is not set up until you make the phone call to EarlyMoments.com. I hope this helps others.

I WOKE UP THIS MORNING WITH A CHARGE OF $18.95 AND IM NOT EVEN SURE WHAT THIS IS IN REFERENCE TO. IS THERE A NUMBER TO CALL TO GET THIS FIXED AND HAVE MY MONEY GIVEN BACK...I AM OUTRAGED!!!!!!
