I made a reservation on 27th April for two rooms at the Intercontinental Hotel in Sydney Australia for the 30th June at cost of Aus$956.28. On my credit card is shows the money was taken out under the name GAR*HOTEL RES. I tried to cancel the next day but it has not been possible. I have now neither a refund nor a reservation at the hotel. Can you help me with this problem?
