Where are you guys located??? I get charged for $140.00 dollars for what? this is wrong who ever you guys are put my money back to my account now! I subscribe for Big Daddy monthly for $14.99 only but you guys charge me for $140.00 in two days??? what was that all about?????????????????????????????????????????????? I am upset if you ask me huh.

Bonjour, je viens de me rendre compte que j'ai plusieurs prélèvements non autorisés sur mon compte bancaire depuis deux mois! Deux sommes de 39 euros 37 et deux autres sommes de 23 euros 63!

On the weekend of 22/23 September 2012 I only took the 2 day trial offer for $5.05 (charged on screen as $4.98 but as £3.13 through my UK bank account). I did not wish a recurring membership. However, my bank statements now show further amounts deducted of $30.63 on 25.9.12 and $51.18 on 27 September 2012 (totalling £50.66). I am happy to pay the trial membership of $5.05 but wish the further deducted sums refunded and any membership cancelled. I had supplied my email address but received no emails confirming such.

I have deleted this account over 5 times and I keep getting rebilled over and over. I have called and talked to customer reps and they claimed to have deleted the account and charges twice. I have been billed three months 6 times twice a month and it is rediculous!

this is a collection agency for a Porn website. On the bill for a college video porn site, it says support-haze.com for privacy reasons. Now everybody is being over charged by the porn site andmost people probbly dont want to admit or remember thats what its for

BOGUS COMPANY that will take YOUR credit card # under a different person's name and then insist on talking to that person instead of you. Customer service from this place SUCKS and they are unwilling to give you any information. If your credit card has been charged by this company without you knowing it, demand your $ back. These people are shady and will quote BS privacy laws from CA that prohibit them from telling you anything even though it's your card being charged! Be careful!!

I found out today that I've had money being taken out of my account by support haze since January and I have no clue why. I haven't subscribed to anything and haven't used my card online since last year. I was hoping someone could give me some answers.

You can contact the merchant at 661-621-9047 and ask for cancellation. If that doesn't work, contact your card issuer.
