I did not authorize a $64 charge to my bank account which your company has left me with a negative balance! I want a refund immediately and a complete cancellation! I was referred to your language program, hearing that you are better than Rosetta Stone at helping people to develop another language. If this is how you conduct business by ripping hard working people off, than you are in for a rude awaking, not to mention steep competition with Rosetta Stone! Again I want a refund and immediate cancellation of services.

I ordered the initial $9.99 cd to learn Spanish. After some significant life events a few days later, I tried to cancel my order. The person on the phone refused to let me cancel, told me I could NOT refuse shipment & that I could decide after the subsequent shipments if I wanted the program or not. She acted like I was being a jerk for insisting that I wanted to close my account. I also emailed customer service but got no response. I will contact my bank and rectify the issue on my end. I strongly recommend finding a different company if you want to learn another language. This one is NOT REPUTABLE and once you have given them any financial info in good faith, they will exploit it.

Dear consumers, All of you people are obviously mistaken. The Pimsleur Approach AKA Stroll is definitely not a scam. I've used the product myself and took the time to look through and read all of the info on the paperwork I received and the website. You get the $9.95 cd's (with free shipping I might add), and about a month later if you want to continue they send out the advanced course. When you get it you have a full month to check it out no charges. I like the one advanced set I got so I kept it and they billed my $64 four times. I called in to cancel anything else from shipping and they didn't have a problem with it. I've been happily learning French since!

I ordered a $10.70 CD for Spanish language in February. Now in May, I saw a $68.80 bill on my card, plus, there is another $68.80 for April as well. I reported this to my card company, and they refunded my immediately and blacklisted them. The conclusion is, there are so many scams, we have to review our card bill every month!

My husband changed his credit card number and is still getting billed $64.00 twice every month.

You sent me CDs and I did not order them. I do not work for you, therefore, I did not take my time to send them back. I also just received a charge to my credit card for some kind of "Continuity subscription". I did not subscribe to this and I DID NOT order the "GOLD EDITION". I demand that you correct this problem and immediately refund the credit card charges. If you want me to return the (unused) CDs, please send me the shipping materials and postage.
