I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding repeated unauthorized charges to my bank card from your website. For the past several months, I have noticed monthly withdrawals of €20–€30 from my account, without my authorization or any justified reason. I have not subscribed to any ongoing service, nor have I agreed to any recurring payments. These charges are both unexpected and unjustified, and I consider this a serious breach of trust and consumer rights. I request that you: Immediately stop any further charges to my card. Provide a full explanation of why these charges were made. Issue a full refund for the unauthorized transactions. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to report the matter to the appropriate consumer protection authorities and take legal action if necessary. I expect a response and resolution within the next 5 working days.

Nu pot sa ma dezabonez, cum trebuie să procedez ca să mă dezabonez? Nici nu pot să intru în cont, nu mi se mai recunoaște adresa de e-mail, cum pot obține datele din contul meu.
