I was charged 3 times on my credit card by steampowered.com and I had never even heard of them before. I have tried to contact them but they have no phone or email address and I even tried to set up an account for their forum and can't do that either. I am beyond frustrated!!!

I have had many charges taken out of my account for nothing. I have been trying to get ahold of steam but the web site is not account issue friendly. I am very dissatisfied with the way this has been handled and if I do not get it resolved, my son will uninstall steam. This company is not good at customer service.

In June 2015 I was billed twice in few days, asked the bank to refund the money. I can't believe this is been going on for years as reported since 2013. They seem to bill the maximum available in the credit card. The bank won't block merchants, it can only reissue a new credit card with a different number. That's my only option to be safe from future charges

Steampowered in WA hit my acct for $58+.. I ck my accounts regularly.. & caught this within hours while still pending.. unrecognized.. contacted Wells Fargo immediately.. they blocked payment..company resubmitted 3X... not a gamer.. vigilance the only answer.. too many bad people.. too much opportunity..still waiting for "fingerprint" security.. Incorrect info (wrong company..phone.. etc) should be deleted..

I have several charges on my credit card which are fraudulent. I want this money fully refunded, along with any bank fees, and I also want to know who has been making these purchases.

I've been charge $4.41 for something I have never purchase or didn't have any idea where it was coming from until I checked my account and saw that it was coming from Steampowered.I don't even play games. Someone needs to put a stop to these crooks.

From July 3 to July 19 traudulent charge for 908.20 has been billing onto my credit card without my authorisation for game purchases I have not made. Someone has been using my credit card to buy games without my authorisation. Can you help find out who charges these? I would like the company money refunded.

If you have had a fraudulent charge on your card, call your credit card company. You will want to know if there have been any other fraudulent charges; it's rarely only one.

I was hit with three $100.00 dollar charges twice which I did not make. Google map shows one address as a UPS store in a mall and the other address is a vacant lot. Credit Card Scam written all over this

got charged on my card $29.99 for games that I did not purchase. Credi company called me to confirm that this was fraud. Apparently a lot of people are having this problem.

Jun 25 & June 27 there are charges for 29.99 on each date to my Discover Card. I do not play games on my computer. Can you help find out who charges these?
