Fraud was committed!!!! On June 24, 2023 two transactions were made with my Visa Card in the amount of$114.49 and $59.99. I called 1-888-884-4709 and they dont know anything about these purchases. The male customer support person, Mike said he couldnt help me. He didn't know what CU23 was as Sandusky Market USSS. I won't give up. If anyone knows the correct number please respond.

My mother was getting charges monthly for $119.49 for some kind of subscription that she did not remember signing up for, I read the below comments and called (888) 884-4706 just giving it a shot in the dark. I gave my mother's name and email, the woman in customer support found her account and was able to discontinue her subscription right away giving a confirmation number and sent a cancellation confirmation email.

I called the 888-884-4706, and they gave me a RMA number to return the last month supply for a full refund. I hope it comes through. However, I only order a one month supply but yet they continue to send supply. Be sure to call right away as they will not accept anything outside of the 30 day return period. Be sure to cancel your order and get the cancellation number. I did speak with a supervisor regarding the other months, and she offered a one time credit of 100.00 against my account. It is suppose to take 3-6 business days so we will see if it comes through.

2 unauthorized charges of $198.78. Able to reverse the second one and block this vendor from ever charging me for anything but still having issues getting first one reversed. Unable to get a phone number to speak to anyone. Total SCAM company!

I have been trying to get my money refunded, the product was delivered after I requested a refund and got into a heated conversation with SSmarkt representative trying to barder a deal with me. I ordered one item one time. Now I am getting monthly charges for $159.85 - two so far. One display name was SSMarkl*CO19 on 6/21/23; the other was on SupSlim*BO15 Sandusky, Ohio. There was no paperwork in the original package charged in April. I refused the other two packages. There was not recognizable addresses on either of them. So far I have been unable to find an address to request cease and desist and a refund for the 2 I refund. I have been unable to find an address to complain so far.

There should be a piece of paper about 4"x 2.5" in the package. There is a phone number on the bottom of it and that's what I called and cancelled it.

I wish I had seen these comments before this big rip off. customer service #888-884-4706 you have to call them to get a RMA # then once you get that you can return the product to Las Vegas NV, but you have to call again if your don't get your refund. Beware my bank account was charged by 2 different company names both located in Sandusky OH

That number is for a third party collection agency and you have to tell them the exact product...I got the name off my bottles... one was True Form and the other Optimal! I called 1-888-4706 customer service and was told I’d have to pay for returned product to a Las Vegas OO box and would get a refund in 35?days. They had enrolled me in a monthly subscription without my knowledge and I received 2 more bottles today. I had to cancel the debit card so they can’t charge me anymore. This is such a fraud and scam.

Gummies Weight loss they keep advertising on Facebook. I bet facebook bans it because I got the proof that I am right I am a victim. They offer 59.76 for a BOGO free. After you pay you are NOT taken to a site where there is a summary of what you purchased or even a reciept, but you are taken to another site about colon cleanse. It appears that you're not done with the purchase, but you are. If you go further, then they act like your done and you're on the hook for: Name Qty Price ProFast Keto+ACV Gummies (2x) (R1) 1 $119.49 ProFast Keto+ACV Cleanse (X2) 1 $59.99 Grand Total: $179.48 When I called about this, they did not want to refund my money. Even though there is a money back guarantee. They haggled with me until I accepted a $89.74 refund in order to make me keep the product, the whole time insisting that they could not refund my money and cancel my order. They claimed it had already been sent to fulfillment. I ordered it on July 3rd, and within 10 minutes of my order I got the receipt emailed to me and immediately called.

Unauthorized charge for $159.85 on June 26. That's the same amount I did authorize for some skin-blemish remover last month, but the company name listed was different, and I did not order a recurring purchase, to my knowledge. Contacting my card issuer right now.

I had this same problem. I was looking to buy one bottle of gummies and then my bank texted me about a transaction for 198.78 so I said I didn’t make this purchase. So my bank put the money back into my account. Then this company ssmarkt went into my bank account and took it under a second name Maxmart they took another 198.78 . So I filed a claim and now I have to wait and see. I couldn’t find a phone number or address for these companies. Then I happened on to here and saw people putting up the company number. So I called them and they said they would not cancel the order. I said I didn’t order this stuff and she said it’s to late the order processed. Now this happened on a Saturday and I called on Monday but this woman was rude and acted like a robust . Don’t buy from these frauds. The number is 833-912-2040

I have just gone through this same situation. On Saturday I ordered one bottle and this company took 198.78 they had no phone number anywhere. I came across this site and found the phone number. So I called them on Monday to cancel and they wouldn’t do anything. I found out the number was from someone in the South Pacific and of course they kept telling me I can’t cancel. It’s a scam and I say that because my bank stopped the money from going through. And then they used a different name to charge my card again. Of course I canceled my card and got a new one. Here’s the number if you want to call but don’t expect much . Everyone must post comments about this company and I am going to contact Jessy on Fox News and tell the country about these fraudulent companies. Only in America. I know what is coming next I will call them to send it back and they will give me a P.O. Box to send it to and offer me half of my money . But i won’t do that. I won’t every penny they stole from me.

833-912-2040 I got this phone number from someone on this site I called it only to get foreigners and they kept telling me that it could not be refunded. They did say call when I get the order and they would tell me how to send it back now why would I accept this crap in the first place. I did find out they are in the South Pacific saying they are a 3rd party to this scam. But they also said they are in Las Vegas Nevada and gave me a P.O. Box number. We go online and look at a product and somehow they are able to make one bottle turn into a bunch of re acurring order . Don’t even look at it. Scam !

Did you by any chance order a T shirt off Facebook through Paypal? I got the same charges taken from my acct and am getting a delivery of acv gummies I did not order. Did tou get gummes also? Through much searching I called a phone number getting the runaround. I asked them what site I ordered from. They couldn't give me one stating it was down. They said I ordered through a social media site. Ok what site is that. That is also down. Feel free to emIl me at [email protected]. $250 is way to much to be taken from my acct when I never ordered from them.
