I have received a 9.99 charge on my card for over a year. I have no idea when this showed up but I need it removed and to not be charged again SPSTORE GOLD 844-211-8832

Dear Customer Support, I am contacting you regarding unauthorized fees of €9.99 charged by SPSSTORE GOLD on December 2, 2025 (3 x €9.99) and January 2, 2026 (1 x €9.99), in connection with a subscription to myIQ.com that was canceled on December 8, 2025. These charges were never agreed to and appear to be linked to a deceptive subscription scheme. I did not consent to any additional services or fees from your company, and I demand: Immediate cessation of all charges to my account. Full refund of the total amount of €39.96 within 14 days. Confirmation in writing that no further charges will be made. If I do not receive a refund and confirmation of cancellation, I will: File a complaint with the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI). Initiate a chargeback with my bank for all unauthorized transactions. Pursue legal action for fraudulent billing practices.
