Purchased an item I thought was £39. They took £200. So I cancelled it immediately. They refunded and I told them I didn't want any subscription....the following month £200 was taken again. No product received as already cancelled. Had to cancel my card and still not received a refund....the card to refund has changed now. I cannot get hold of this company and emails to them bounce back as unknown address. It is in dispute with my bank but so far no resolution. Please advise.
