I am interested in what you were purchasing. I ordered some medicine on line now I get harsessing phone calls everyday Needless to say I can't order that. I am talking about at least 20 calls a day I have had to cut off my phone to have any peace, there maybe more than 20 calls it is unbeleiveable I put my phone and the calls start one on top of another.
Did I just loose you?

this is the number to call to have them stop billing you because email doesnt work 1-800-511-4336 they will cancel and refund money if you complain enough

The same happened to me. HAd to sign up for three months - cancelled it the same day (february till april) - and they still go on charging (july). Not knowing where they are situated I have no telephone number to call them. Does anyone have it?

I have been charged twice on my credit card. I never knew about this company until no. These people are obviously thieves. Governmemts should step in to stop this mafia!!!

I signed up for a 3 month subscription. I had to in order to use it once. So, I signed up, used it, cancelled it the same day (dec '12). When it "expired" in March, I was immediately charged and was continually charted every month until June when I caught it. Basically, they charged me the original 3 month subscription amount, but on a monthly basis, for as long as they could. I had to call my bank to resolve this.

I have the same problem with this company, they also stole 14.85 from my account when I cancelled the service a month ago. I sent already an email to spokeo to demand a refund of my money.

yeah spokeo puts this privacy thing in small print that charges you 14.95, be super careul i you sign up. make sure you read the ine print or else they will fuck you over.

This is from Spokeo and I let my daughter use my card for a .95 charge to look up a number of someone that was harrasing her and there was some fine print that said you must cancel or you will be charged 14.95 momthly. She cancelled it and has the email they sent and they still charged me. Called fraud dept of my bank and they blocked any further charges. I am calling Spokeo in the morning, they are closed at the moment, and hopefull resolve this and get a refund. Be sure and have your bank block this recurring charge and call Spokeo and dispute. My bank verified that it was Spokeo. Hope this helps.
