I thought I purchased a Ring alarm system? I did get the system but after trying it, I decided to return it. I contacted Ring, and Amazon, both didn't recognise the purchase order number. After doing more research, i found out that there was no way to return the system let alone get my money back. Luckley my credit card company will credit me the amount I was charged. I still have the equipment. The site looks like the real thing.

I ordered a 360 camera for my car from ring .com now I can’t find a tracking number like I was told I dented it through my debt card.

SP RING USA tried to charge my credit card, fraudulent. Contact your providers to sort it out. (Winnipeg, Mb Canada)

I just noticed a transaction under the name "SP RING USA HTTPSRINGUSA.CA" which I didn't recognized either. So I called the credit card company. It turned out to be Naspresso from where I bough coffee pods recently. Mystery solved. But they really need to change that name so people don't get confused.
