I now have to add myself to those who've been scammed by this fraudulent "company." Not only can you not cancel the free trial but after you sign up you can never sign in. Even if Microsoft tries to save your password, it won't. And there is no "Forgot Password" option. If anyone else is scammed, I suggest contacting the Broward County Sheriff's Office's Economic Crimes Division. I'll include everything I know, as well as the phone numbers you'll need, below. GATHER AND KEEP/SAVE A RECORD OF ALL INFO AND CONTACTS WITH THESE SCAMMERS! If by phone, TAKE NOTES, i.e. DATE AND TIME INCLUDED! Shockingshape.com is owned and operated by NAPAS INC. out of Vietnam. This charge of $59.99 showed up on my card yesterday at 5:15 pm.. I have no idea where or what this is. Two things I do know are I did not authorize this charge and the person or persons responsible are thieves
