(Initial dispute entered online with BillGuard Resolve on 3/12. Confirmation email indicated I would be updated within 5 bus. days or sooner. I have not received update as of 3/27.) Following is my initial dispute entry: Parked Friday, 3/1/13 from 12:10 - 2:12 pm. Had to insert credit card several times in order to obtain $4 receipt. Charged $4 twice on credit card (duplicate charge). Parking receipt number is 06499921. Please issue credit for $4 for duplicate charge. Thank you.
