$34.71 charged to my credit card. I don't even know where Round Rock is and I don't buy anything from Sears. You'd think someone would have figured out how to stop these fraudulent charges by now. It doesn't speak very well for Sears. It's no wonder to me why nobody shops there any more.

Almost $500 charged to this sears store on my latest credit card statement. All charges have been reversed. Credit card company told me that they were having MANY complaints and charge reversals to this business.

I found a charge on my prepaid Walmart visa card that was made today, 9/22/16 in the amount of $48.68 at Sears Roebuck 7936 in Round Rock, TX. I live in CA and I haven't walked into a sears in years, nor have I even been on any sears online stores in, well ever. I can't figure how this charge can be made when I'm the only cardholder and didn't make such a charge. I am calling customer service to my card in the mornine and attempt to resolve this issue.

Received a charge from this bogus sears thing for 58.83 on Saturday morning. Location says TX I live in NC. Called bank and was told to wait till it posts and call claims dept.

I was charged $169.00 on my credit card for store # 08245, Hoffman Estates. Sears had no idea what the charge was and was unable to identify the transaction. I have a dispute in with the credit card, but it appears to be a fraudulent charge.

I was charged $206.64 from Sears Roebuck 7936 TX on my debit card. I always charge big $ items to a different card.

2 Fraudulent charges from Sears Roebuck 7936 on my debit card account posted on 02/042016 for $300,00. I live in Florida so it's a fraudulent charge. I talked with the back and they are going to deal with it. Thanks Good!

I had 6 transactions on my debit card totalling around $1000.00 from purchases made from January 20-22, 2016 from inside purchases at Sears in Round Rock TX, and I live in SD!! Three different names were used with my card number. (Thank God the bank was on top of it) When I check on line for this store and a number, the number is not sears and there are a lot of complaints of fraud from this "store". Totally disgusted with this!!!

There is a charge on my credit card for $64.76 from store #7936 which says Round Rock, TX with a phone number of 18003667278. Very scary to have a charge from a store I've never been to, in fact haven't been to Sears in a long time---maybe Christmas. I used my credit card on at dept stores two years and i remember last year had a similar charge and i though it was for a filter i did not claim this charge, so I have no idea about this charge. It is completely bogus.

2 Fraudulent charges from Sears Roebuck 7936 on my debit card account posted on 8/11/2015 for $87.45, the second on 8/13/2015 for $81.64. The phone number given on my bank statement is 800-366-7278 which works only from a land line. When I questioned the representative on why these charges were made and where were the items were sent the response was "submit the complaint to your bank and they will contact the corporate office of Sears." No help at all. Don't deal with Sears! All fraudulent charges on my account were sent to an address other than the billing address. Sears will take any money - they don't care where it comes from. Total lack of customer care and proper customer service
