I bought a range from Sears online. The same day late in the afternoon I received an e-mail there was a problem with the transaction and the order was canceled. In the meantime I am out $788.78. I tried to call them got someone in another country, he wouldn't tell me what country and just said he was sorry. The amount is pending at my bank. Someone was supposed to call me back, never did. I ordered the range from the Sears online website. I need my money back or my range that was to be delivered !0/2/2015. Please Help. Found out the money went to Iowa
