The very heart of your writing whislt appearing agreeable originally, did not settle very well with me personally after some time. Someplace throughout the paragraphs you were able to make me a believer unfortunately only for a very short while. I still have got a problem with your jumps in assumptions and you might do well to fill in all those breaks. In the event that you actually can accomplish that, I would certainly be impressed.

i have asked you to make a refund, due to the fact, you did not erase Eror's or Warnings on my computer. I HAVE THE FULL BACKING OF MY BANK MANAGER He has asked me, to aske you for a refund, due to the fact you have not done what you said you had done, also because I HAVE HAD A STROKE WHICH i TOLD YOU AT THE BEGINING, my Bank Manager was on the line at the same time, and has recorded the coversation, he say's I was vulnerable & you took advantage, wshich could be costrude as fraud, taking advantage of an old vulnerable person, he said to give you 24hrs, and if it wasn't cancelled & refunded, he would notify the Fraud Dept £180.55 I have had to get microsoft to put my computer right, althuogh I had a stroke, I don't like being taken advantage off. This is the biggest piece of crap download on the internet! Windows ought to be ashamed to be connected to this! It fried my laptop and my desktop computers, and all their tech support can say about that is, "Yes, we will refund your money"...or charge you another $200 - $300 to "MAYBE" fix the problems their program caused! I suggest to everyone...DO NOT PURCHASE PC CLEANER!

Above charge item appeared on my VISA account bill for the month of December, 2012. I had agreed to pay this for a clean-up of my computer but nothing has happened to make any changes. No tech person has offered any changes to my computer.
