I have been waiting on the phone for more then a hour, to cancel .99 cents that has been charged to my account every month, I asked the lady that answered the phone what was her name twice and she put me on hold for more time and still waiting very disrespectful, this is really ridiculous, service that should not happen like that.it is 1 1/2 hrs. still waiting. I really need a better assistant. need your answer. Thanks
